Private Tours – FAQ

CANCELLATION POLICY

Private tours: Cancellations up to 14 days in advance of the tour will be refunded less 20%. Cancellations made less than 14 days beforehand are nonrefundable and cannot be credited to a future walk.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

To confirm a private tour, payment in full must be made in advance. If details are not yet confirmed, a nonrefundable deposit may be paid instead. We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, and bank transfers. Email info@historic-shanghai.com for details.

Private tours are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
