Gift Certificates – T&C

Congratulations on receiving an Historic Shanghai gift certificate! We look forward to seeing you on a walk soon! See below for some important details on how to use and redeem your gift certificate!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking: Tours must be booked in advance by emailing info@historic-shanghai.com to book. To see our event schedule, click here. Please book early, as Historic Shanghai tours often sell out!

 Validity: Gift certificates are valid for six months from the issue date. Please use your gift certificate within the allotted period, as Historic Shanghai is unable to extend validity dates.

Use: Public Walking Tour Gift Certificates are for public walking tours only, and cannot be used for wine/cocktail walks, bus tours, or tours that include separate site tickets.

Transferability: You’re welcome to transfer your gift certificate to someone else, but please ensure they’re aware of the expiration date and terms.

Non-Redeemable: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE

Email us at info@historic-shanghai.com with the following information:

1. Walk recipients: Tell us which walk you’d like to book. To view our upcoming walks, click here. 

2. Membership recipients: email us with your email address, phone number and WeChat ID so we can get you registered in the system.

3. Don’t forget: Walk Gift Certificates are valid for six months, and cannot be extended – use it soon!
